Nestled in the Cretan landscape, our compound exists in superposition of past, present, and future. Mornings can be spent developing new knowledge protocols, evenings stargazing from our rooftop, and weekends exploring ancient Greek and Minoan sites. Our space offers both solitude for deep work and community for cosmic exploration.
If you feel called to merge spirituality with science, to bridge technology with ancient wisdom, and to weave personal transformation into collective liberation – we invite you to join our experiment.
CURIOSITIES
ABOUT THE RESIDENCY

PROGRAM
We have three separate tracks, and you can choose to be a part of one of them or all of them. We highly recommend everyone considers participation in the Conduit track, so Aetheria’s Library grows as a result of your visit.
- The Independent: You focus fully on your own research or art project, sharing updates in a monthly salon.
- The Collaborator: You dedicate at least 30% time to a group project in alignment with other residents.
- The Conduit: You contribute a seminar and/or an article for our zine or wiki relating to your special realm of expertise. (Note: If staying for under a month, the Conduit track is a requirement)
ACCOMMODATION
Our compound in Crete, Greece features six bedrooms split across two independent units, with four full bathrooms. Available rooms include two with queen beds, one with twin single beds, one with a single bed, and one with a twinXL (130cm) bed. We have two fully equipped kitchens, and residents participate in a shared cooking rotation focusing on vegan meals, though those who eat meat can prepare it separately. Couples are welcome to apply, but each person must submit their own application and demonstrate alignment with our vision.

A monthly or weekly fee (based on length of stay) which covers utilities, rent, food, and operational costs. Residents cover their own travel & excursion expenses.

VIBE & SETTING

- Morning tea time where all residents enjoy tea while sharing updates on their life or projects
- Weekly salons where residents can debate or go deep on intriguing topics of interest
- Shared topic sessions for those that want to present what they're working on, or any subject they're interested in
- Occasional virtual or in-person seminars by BSS conduits & members on relevant topics
- Monthly experiments, such as remote viewing, summoning UAPs, or breath work
- The village is very remote: it has no restaurants or grocery stores in walking distance and limited delivery options, so residents should be comfortable spending the majority of the time at the residence, having shared meals.
- Optional shared project(s) to be determined at the start of the cohort and worked on by everyone. Could be scientific or creative in nature (brain wave science leveraging EEGs, music videos, concept album, engineering a ritual, software tools, etc.)

EXCURSIONS

CONDUITS (Spring '25)

Giulio Prisco
Giulio is a repented scientist who used to work at places like CERN and the European Space Agency. He repented because he doesn't like the Thou-Shalt-Not diktats of the bureaucrats of science that he finds so annoying. He prefers the Yes-You-Can encouragements of highly imaginative scientists and engineers. He calls himself an irrational mechanic in protest against the bureaucrats of science that worship a logically flawed and obsolete form of “rationality.” He is on a crusade to show that good science is compatible with our weirdest aspirations and wildest dreams.

Alexis Sellier
Alexis is a computer programmer, designer and artist with experience in peer-to-peer and permissionless systems, computer graphics and language design. He is a free software advocate and recently led the development of Radicle, a novel peer-to-peer code forge. Dissatisfied with the state of modern personal computers, he has started experimenting on a new kind of computer architecture, redesigned from the ground up as an extension of the human mind.

Rohini Moradi
Rohini Moradi is a spiritual mentor and guide with a deep connection to the Akashic Records. Born in the only Hindu temple in Tehran, Iran, Rohini’s spiritual journey began early, weaving ancient wisdom with modern understanding. Her practice is rooted in a profound sense of interconnectedness, offering a grounded approach to spiritual exploration. Through her guidance, Rohini helps others access their inner wisdom, find clarity, and align with their highest path, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with grace and authenticity.

medlz
medlz is a software developer with a background in the clean energy industry, now dedicated to the art of energy healing. A Reiki and Sekhem Master, she channels ancient healing modalities to support transformation and balance. As a co-founder of Black Sky Society, medlz bridges technology and mysticism, guiding seekers through realms of energy and consciousness. She will be offering distance energy healing sessions to residents, providing a space for restoration and alignment.

Stella R. Magnet
Stella R. Magnet, founder of Aetheria and co-founder of Black Sky Society, is Aetheria's primary resident. She's writing a book in the Simulation Breakers universe that explores her emerging path to transcendence through synchronicities connecting Philip K. Dick, VALIS, and Jack Parsons—including an inner calling to summon spacecraft. The work chronicles her journey from substance abuse and bipolar disorder to understanding her consciousness, particularly its perception of apocalyptic timelines when peering into Parsons' Babalon working. She holds in-person office hours every other Thursday at 14:00 for 90 minutes.
